    I ordered a new iPhone because of my iPhone 11 finally started playing up. It was a good phone. I was encouraged to buy another iPhone but didn’t want to pay high street prices. I heard about this website and took a look at refurbished phones. It is an able paying a few hundred £s for a secondhand phone. But I am impressed by the service and product from your company. The phone description was spot on, although it is hard to see that my new iPhone 15 is a used phone. Very well looked after with hardly any marks. And the delivery was only a couple of days from the order. I have only had this a few weeks so time will tell. But I would buy from your company again. Worth the money. Thank you.

    Had the same worry as many when buying refurbished - decided to bite the bullet. OK went 'Premium' on this one. Phone arrived in box, wrapped in a lot of bubblewrap, but kudos - immaculate, like new. Battery life 100%. Purchased April 2026, can see that the phone was first used October 2025. Get nervous that refurbished is sometimes supplied from stolen items, but can see refurbishers have a legal requirement to check the IMEI against databases. Very happy as a result with refurbished iphone at a cash discount to new, but with zero discernible evidence that it's anything but.
