    Very hesitant to buy reconditioned, so glad I made the decision, ipad is in perfect condition, packing looked like it had come out of genuine ipad box. Highly recommend them, even if you don't trade in as I decided not to as husband is using old ipad

    I needed to buy a new iPhone but I didn't want to buy a new one and I decided to buy the iPhone 16e as it met all my requirements particularly it's excellent long battery life. It's a really great phone and I'm really happy with my purchase. I have never used BackMarket before but the whole transaction was superb from start to finish. The process was really easy, I got a good price for my iPhone 11 which I traded in and every step in the process was communicated very well and the phone was delivered earlier than I expected too which was a bonus. I bought an iPhone 16e in Pristine condition and when it arrived it was immaculate, was first used only four months previously and after my trade in I saved c20% off the price of a new one. I will definitely be using BackMarket again and I could not recommend the company high enough for its quality of service.

    I recently bought the Apple Watch Ultra 2 (2023 model) from Back Market and overall I’m really pleased with it. The condition was exactly as described and the watch itself feels solid, sharp and quick. All the usual features work perfectly and it pairs with the iPhone without any trouble. The only thing I was hoping for was slightly longer battery life. With my phone connected throughout the day, I’m getting roughly 16 hours before needing to recharge. It’s still manageable, but I expected a bit more from the Ultra line. That said, it’s a great buy for the price, performs well, and Back Market delivered a smooth experience.
