The part exchange process is confusing to say the least. The item was at your refurbisher and you kept sending mail saying I should send it back. Perhaps your team should report on receiving the product. By that communication you convinced me the return was lost and you wasted my time and that of your customer service team.

Cannot believe how fantastic this second hand iPad is! I visited the Apple Store first to check out prices and try the iPads. Upon checking Back Market, I knew that the price of the refurbished Pro was worth it if it was as good as the blurb indicated. I was hoping and praying it would be in good condition and it absolutely was. It arrived quickly and securely and is brilliant. One absolutely teeny mark on the back that you wouldn’t notice without super close inspection - but the screen and functionality is perfect. So pleased. Thank you all 😊

Very happy with our purchase . Less than half the price of a new one and the only mark on it was on the side which you can’t see when it’s in a case anyway. Screen was flawless. Will buy from Back Market again for sure .

Having bought a used iPhone from Backmarket a few months ago, I am now a convert to buying used tech where available. My new iPad was sold to me as fair condition so I expected some marks, however in reality it takes some serious looking under very bright light to find any scratches. These are the sort of very minor marks I’d probably inflict myself within a few weeks of use anyway. So I am very pleased with my purchase. Also it arrived well packaged and with guaranteed by 1pm next day delivery which I hadn’t expected. All good. Thanks.

I could not be happier with my iPad! I was hesitant about the quality of a refurbished product like this from a company I’d never used before, however as they had a 24hr returns policy and good reviews I went for it. I can honestly say it is as good as new, not a single mark or scratch on it, and it arrived within 2 days and well packaged! I am over the moon that I managed to get a basically new iPad and save a load of money doing so. Will definitely be using this company again. Only annoying this is that there is no genuine Apple charger or packaging, however to be fair it was never advertised as being included.

Bought a ‘fair’ grade iPad and it’s virtually perfect! Small scratch on the screen but other than that it is brilliant. It’s only 4m old according to the remaining warranty so I am chuffed! Refurbished is definitely the way to go! The charger and cable provided are definitely not great and I will be recycling them. Cable was poor quality and the charging brick itself was awful quality and got very hot when I used it. Other than that I am happy.
