Cannot believe how fantastic this second hand iPad is! I visited the Apple Store first to check out prices and try the iPads. Upon checking Back Market, I knew that the price of the refurbished Pro was worth it if it was as good as the blurb indicated. I was hoping and praying it would be in good condition and it absolutely was. It arrived quickly and securely and is brilliant. One absolutely teeny mark on the back that you wouldn’t notice without super close inspection - but the screen and functionality is perfect. So pleased. Thank you all 😊

I haven’t had need to contact the team at Back Market yet as I haven’t had any issues, so I can’t speak to customer service, but everything went smoothly, item received rapidly and was in perfect condition as described. I prefer buying refurbed tech where possible so finding a reputable broker is fantastic. After a couple of months of using the iPad, I’ve felt confident enough to order an Apple magic keyboard in “good” condition,, and while prices fluctuate, I saved at least £300 on the iPad Pro, and £150 on the keyboard for basically good as new items! So I’m a happy camper.

Purchased this with over £300 saving compared to Apple. iPad is in pristine in condition. No scratches or marks, and that was “Good” rating. It even has warranty for another 8 months from Apple. Delivery was prompt. All in all, will use them again for my tech stuff.

I was contemplating between purchasing from Apple directly or from here. I’ve never bought any Apple products 2nd hand, mainly because I like the security of having the Apple Warranty, but tried my luck and went with Back Market. To kick things off on a good note, I managed to bag this model (12.9” - 2022 + 5G) for cheaper than the non-cellular option in “excellent” condition. To seal the deal ? The iPad arrived in pristine condition, and it has Apple Warranty till next year January 2025 !!!! What luck right ? Only down hearted part was it literally arrived wrapped in bubble-wrap and no power socket although the listed said so. Was not best please about it, reached out to Back Market to see what they come back with, overall a happy customer and would absolutely recommend.

It was all fine. Delivery good, and quick. iPad Pro as good as it should be. All working well. I don’t transfer all my stuff properly from the old iPad, but that may have been my ignorance. Not sure. Thank you. Glad I came here to buy (so far. It’s now about a month old)

I didn’t want to upgrade but I needed to as my old iPad wasn’t cutting it anymore. And I needed the replacement iPad fast. Backmarket delivered. Quick turnaround and amazing quality. Prices are expensive, but still just above fair market value.
