In one word: Lovely The iPad was in mint condition as advertised. It was officially registered as a refurbished sale with Apple and therefore covered by Apple's remaining original warranty, with the option to add AppleCare+ on top of it. Backmarket offers their own insurance products as well to cover it from accidental damage. What's not to like?

Cannot believe how fantastic this second hand iPad is! I visited the Apple Store first to check out prices and try the iPads. Upon checking Back Market, I knew that the price of the refurbished Pro was worth it if it was as good as the blurb indicated. I was hoping and praying it would be in good condition and it absolutely was. It arrived quickly and securely and is brilliant. One absolutely teeny mark on the back that you wouldn’t notice without super close inspection - but the screen and functionality is perfect. So pleased. Thank you all 😊

Absolutely wonderful, bought for my elderly disabled mother so that she could FaceTime family and catch up on her favourite television programs. She is now looking for an idiots guide on what icons to press and navigate those screens - Tech, good for the new generation, absolute enigma for the older generation. ☺

I was told about this site from a friend immediately i did comparisons to see if it was truly worth it and in the end bought this iPad Pro. So happy i did excellent condition and great service buying.

The ipad functions perfectly, good battery health, but I am a little surprised by the scuffs on the bezel because i bought 'good' quality which is described as having an almost flawless front. The display is indeed almost flawless, but the bezel has 3 scuffs, one being quite big. They dont affect user experience/camera/face id/the pixel display, and after i put a glass protector they're not that visible in most lightings anyway. Overall Im very happy!

It was beyond my imagination the iPad was very clean and delivery was perfect, on time and fast. The charger is a fast charger despite not original charger. In all everything works perfectly and great. I will recommend you go for it.
