The Ipad Mini arrived not in a box, but well padded jiffy bag. The Ipad was in very good condition, with only a few faint scratches to the screen (barely noticeable, and do not distract at all). I'm very happy with the service and product and would say the condition was better than good. I highly recommend BackMarket for purchasing refurbished Apple products.

I just wish I could actually mail them as I has a question that was not able to be fully answered through their help boxes on my orders. At 71 I would prefer to speak to a person.
