I bought an Apple product for the first time. Surprisingly, it arrived in its original packaging! Only the packaging was a little dented at the corners. Otherwise, the device has worked very well so far. One star deduction because the adapter supplied is unfortunately not compatible with German sockets.

I received the package within one day, super fast delivery. The product is excellent and came in brand new condition with the original Apple packaging and everything. I even checked the serial number on Apple's website and it showed that the iPad had never been activated before, truly brand new. The charger is in the American version, but they included an adapter, so it's not a problem. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase so far. Highly recommend it!

I bought a brand new iPad Air practically brand new at a very reasonable price. I had no problems with the delivery, everything was above expectations.

Taking a bit getting used to this model, but seems to all be working fine. Would be nice to have a cover from back market as one I bought on Amazon rather bulky. But - full marks back market for condition, packaging and delivery.

Uncomplicated search on the platform, quick processing, device better than expected, without any signs of use. Only the unsuitable plug with adapter is a little annoying and should have been included in the description beforehand.

The purchase went smoothly and the iPad was exactly as described. Everything was great. However, the delivery via UPS was not so great: unreliable, repeatedly postponed parcel notification and allegedly no delivery possible, although someone was at home 😒
