I'm not happy at all. If you order from this seller, I suggest you double-check the size of your tablet. I ordered a 13-inch iPad; the packaging was terrible. The iPad was in a plain, thin cardboard box and wrapped in a very thin layer of old, popped bubble wrap. There were no fragile stickers on the box, so it was delivered through my letterbox onto the tiled floor. Luckily, the iPad was not damaged and appeared to be of good quality. I bought a case for my 13-inch iPad, and what do you know? It didn't fit. That’s when I measured it, only to find I had been sent an 11-inch model. I sent it back, I waited days to hear back about my replacement only to have an email saying it's refunded, this seller still has them listed as having them in stock, absolute con - likely never using backmarket again.

I bought 13 inch ipad air but they sent 11inch one.

I had my doubts about refurbished products and preferred new ones. I received the Ipad Air (M2 13 inch 256 GB) on time and very well protected. It works perfectly well and despite two slight, imperceptible scratches it looks as good as new. I'm pleased with the value for money.

I was reluctant to buy refurbished but I took the plunge. The result: - Product delivered quickly, - High quality, in perfect condition. - Very good value for money. In conclusion: I recommend to buy! I can only hope that the after-sales service will also be up to scratch if I have a problem during the warranty period.
