I was initially a little unsure as this was a new seller with no reviews, but I’m very happy I went ahead. The iPad arrived in excellent, like-new Premium condition and came in an Apple Certified Refurbished box. Everything works perfectly and it also has Apple warranty coverage. Very happy with the purchase and would happily buy from this seller again.

Came in an Apple Certified Refurbished box. Looks absolutely stunning, felt like using a brand new iPad. Genuinely couldn't have asked for more. Also allowed me to enroll it in my Apple One coverage plan. Very very happy, and would recommend BackMarket's Premium condition to anyone looking for a like-new second hand device!

I am very much impressed with the quality of ipad i have got . Its was no sign of use at all and when i setup i was Shocked when i see it wasn’t turned on at all ever before . It was brand new ipad even my Apple warranty start when i set it up . I have very happy with the seller and the product ❤️❤️ i highly recommend it

Arrived quickly! I got the fair condition and the scratches are minuscule, almost undetectable. Works like a new iPad. I bought my iPhone 13 Pro from here 2 years ago and it’s still in great condition. Always buy second hand, much cheaper and just as good!

Ordered an iPad Air 5 (256GB, Blue) in premium condition and I’m genuinely impressed. It arrived quickly, well packaged, and looks brand new, no noticeable marks at all. Everything works perfectly so far. Screen, sound, battery, and performance are all great! Setup was smooth and there were no issues like iCloud lock or faults. I was a bit hesitant buying refurbished after a previous bad experience elsewhere, but this has completely changed my mind. Really happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend! Also worth noting I was still eligible to add AppleCare+, which was a nice bonus and gave extra peace of mind.
