I am overall pleased with my purchase! The external body of the iPad that I received was in the condition as described and I am very happy with this, however, the battery health upon receiving the iPad was only at 87% of the original capacity. I purchased this iPad to study on the go so battery capacity is very important to me. I understood that the iPad should arrive in a refurbished and as good as possible condition internally and I did expect this to include a new battery, at the very least. Other than this problem, which is considerable for me, I’m perfectly happy with my purchase.

ordered ‘good’ and came practically brand new, no issues with the body whatsoever. Also came very early than the expected delivery date✊✊. The iPad itself is brilliant for refurbished, was a bit worried at first as i’ve never ordered refurbished tech before but defo exceeded expectations! All for good money too :)

The difference between second hand (buyer beware!) and refurbished (supplier’s reputation at stake) was very clear throughout the selection and buying process. I’ve got what - to me, at least - is a new iPad for half the new price. So it’s a naff gold back, but I keep it in a fully enclosed case anyway. So it’s a white surround rather than black, but I got used to that in about three seconds. The important elements on my checklist were clearly described, namely a flawless screen and a minimum of 85% of the original battery life. Very happy with my purchase and confident that it will continue to live up to all expectations.

It took me a couple of months to pluck up the courage to buy a refurbished iPad, I needn’t have worried. It was so pristine, it looked brand new. Set up was effortless & everything appears to be perfect. My daughter is over the moon with her new iPad, would definitely recommend

It was my first time ordering on Backmarket and it went amazingly! I received the iPad two days after ordering and when I received it, I doubted it was refurbished since it was such in a perfect state. It also works as well as a new one, I’ll definitely buy from Backmarket again!!

So nervous my first time buying refurbished but very glad I did! My 8th gen rose gold iPad is like new not a scratch, came the next day properly boxed & works superbly! Saved me a few quid too, always a bonus! Even thinking of buying my next iPhone when I need one! Fantastic site!👍😁
