The iMac itself was as advertised. The condition was excellent and I was able to migrate from my existing iMac to this one without problems. It was delivered in original packaging quickly and efficiently. The reason I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5 is that the keyboard and mouse supplied were not Apple products, and I don’t think this was clearly stated in the listing. The mouse provided was of reasonable quality, but the keyboard was small and plastic - it didn’t hold still on the desk when I used it.

The mac itself works well and arrived in good condition, but alot of the keys of the keyboard don't work and the mouse times out after 2 ish minutes so you have to keep clicking to get it back on which is annoying, So will probably replace these. I came from not having an Imac or macbook so the software has been a challenge to get used to, even though I have an I phone and I pad. But no fault of backmarket so still overall happy with my purchase.

I have had the iMac for a couple of weeks now and it's a case of so far so good. It came in its original box with the Apple keyboard and mouse. The iMac itself and all the peripherals look like they have hardly been used and everything booted up and worked perfectly first time.
