Immaculate quality! I ordered this Mac and the initial device I received was not the condition I expected, however I could easily exchange this and a new Mac was sent to me next day which was EXCELLENT. The exchange was so easy and prompt responses for the customer service team. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW IMAC. I just want to add, you do not not receive the compatible iMac keyboard and mouse. I purchased these myself through apple and have connected them to the computer with no problems. 10/10 would repurchase a product form back market again.

Excellent quality and amazing value! The iMac came in its original box with all Apple colour coded accessories, including an ethernet port on the power brick. The new MacOS Golden Gate also works fine, no problems.

My iMac is in truly excellent condition, was so easy to set up from my other iMac and is a joy to use. Delivery was really quick and it was packed extremely well. This is my third purchase from Backmarket and every one has been excellent.

The iMac was technically in excellent working condition. Performance, SSD health and overall functionality were all very good. Unfortunately, the cosmetic condition did not match my expectations for a device described as "Good". The display had several scratches, including deep scratches that could be felt with a fingernail, along with numerous scuffs and chips on the casing. The USB-C to USB-A adapter was also bent because it had been left connected during packaging. The seller initially offered a partial refund, but after providing additional photos and detailed evidence, the final offer was lower than expected. As we were unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, I decided to return the iMac. If the cosmetic condition had matched the description, I would have happily kept the computer because technically it was an excellent machine.

The mac itself works well and arrived in good condition, but alot of the keys of the keyboard don't work and the mouse times out after 2 ish minutes so you have to keep clicking to get it back on which is annoying, So will probably replace these. I came from not having an Imac or macbook so the software has been a challenge to get used to, even though I have an I phone and I pad. But no fault of backmarket so still overall happy with my purchase.

iMac arrived in perfect condition was very impressed the only problem was that it had arrived with a US plug and we had to go and buy worldwide adapters which were harder to find in the shop - very impressed with the iMac itself though
