I needed to upgrade to a newer OS, little did I know the new one upgraded itself to the very latest 2025 version. Well happy. This is the 3rd time I think I've used Back Market, I prefer the 27” monitor that, for some reason aren't available anymore from Apple. I took one over to Croatia to use at home there. All in all good company that do what they say and swift turnaround on orders.

Arrived within 2 days of ordering, really well packaged. Despite being in 'good' condition it looks brand new - zero signs of wear and the screen is immaculate. Can't fault it. Have migrated my old Mac onto it and have been using it daily for 2 weeks, and have had no issues, apart from it's so fast I don't have an excuse to play with the cat whilst waiting for InDesign to boot up. I ordered an iMac which is arrived earlier than expected! I opened on Friday 13th... and guess what the machine was running but the screen wasnt on. I contacted with BackMarket and they gave me a really quick response and the computer was on the way back for repair. Next thing I know its arrived back again on a Friday and its working! The guys from AH Technology leave me a note too. They said on arriving the iMac was working and it is! Awesome machine! I love it! I would recommend to buy computers from these guys! Awesome service!
