Presentation and condition really good all the features and functions great just as my old one exactly the same that's why I chose back market as you can't by new P20 lites anymore Unfortunately they must be an issue with-in the phone as connecting to any Internet or making a call was very intermittent the mobile data is extremely bad so unfortunately my 1st experience in obtaining a reconditioned phone will be the last
