    Bought phone in 'excellent' condition and screen arrived with a stuck pixel, they couldnt discount so it had to be returned. I explained I needed a phone urgently (hence why I'd bought from a next day service) but customer service said I had to wait until the phone had been returned, received, and checked it could be repaired before a replacement is issued. 3 days later they can't repair or replace, so I got a refund - so I'd been without a phone for over 7 days. Customer service was friendly but I wouldn't buy from this company again.

    Le tactile a arrêté de fonctionner après 2 jours d'utilisation donc je ne sais pas trop quoi penser. Peut-être est-ce de la malchance mais heureusement que j'ai gardé mon ancien téléphone car sinon je n'aurais plus eu de téléphone, ce qui est très handicapant notamment pour mon boulot. Je suis assez déçue car c'est beaucoup de perte de temps alors que j'ai commandé un téléphone "excellent".
