    Quite simply I received the wrong phone. Customer service have been helpful in response to this, offering I return the phone or receive a partial refund. This was just really disappointing as it was for someone's birthday and did not have the luxury of time to send the item back.

    Le tactile a arrêté de fonctionner après 2 jours d'utilisation donc je ne sais pas trop quoi penser. Peut-être est-ce de la malchance mais heureusement que j'ai gardé mon ancien téléphone car sinon je n'aurais plus eu de téléphone, ce qui est très handicapant notamment pour mon boulot. Je suis assez déçue car c'est beaucoup de perte de temps alors que j'ai commandé un téléphone "excellent".

    Bought as described in Excellent condition. But received with a screen scratched in multiple places. Decided to keep it as needed phone badly. But after a week phone started freezing, and certain buttons did not work. I kept rebooting, but it only helped for a short while. Contacted suport which sounded brilliant. Sent phone for replacement as they had another one online. Sadly, my money was refunded straight away without replacement. The same phone in excellent condition now was twice as much as i paid on the BackMarket site. All they offered me is 5% discount on my next purchase... Not happy. Should not be like that... Caused me a lot of hassle
