I’m happy with the device, it’s exactly what I needed.

My computer arrived, beautifully packaged and well within the timeframe specified. The condition was quoted as excellent and I can't find anything to suggest it was not brand new (apart from the cost of course!)

In all honesty. Great. Good price, decent delivery time, well packaged. A great laptop all round for my needs!

The item received was defective and not as described. It had the wrong European keyboard layout,(yet in the description, they had stated UK- English keyboard layout) the battery drained by 35% in 3 hours, and it got stuck in a boot loop on the 'Updates are underway' screen. Please send a replacement with a genuine English QWERTY keyboard layout as originally ordered in excellent condition. I needed a replacement for my college work as soon as possible so I requested for a replacement which I haven’t got any updates on. 2 stars for fast delivery and packaging, but otherwise I was really disappointed 😭

I had ordered a 13 inches laptop. But received a 12 inches. I felt disappointed and mis-lead about the size as I wanted something slightly bigger. Otherwise it seems a good device. I needed the laptop for immediate use, hence I didn't have the luxury of time to return it. So I have accepted to use it.

Delivered quickly and in excellent condition, the laptop is as was described, very happy customer
