HP ChromeBook 11 G6 EE A4-9120C 1.6 GHz 32GB SSD - 4GB QWERTY - English

I am so disappointed with this. I have a chromebook i love that i bought new in 2015, but, like all technology when it gets to a certain age, it no longer gets updates as of this year, and certain things, like netflix have stopped working on it. Reluctant to upgrade, and not wanting to pay out too much, i thought i'd be environmentally friendly and buy a refurbished 2019 chromebook from this site. At only 90 pounds, i wasn't expecting much, but it was listed as being in excellent condition, which it is not. There's a crack on the lid, by the hinge. There's what appeared to be a large scratch just below the keyboard, which turned out to actually be a dent. The bottom left of the keyboard actually dips down. And it doesn't look like the product listed. I bought the chromebook that had an orange stripe down the side and orange in the lids logo. The item i received is all black. The charger i got sent with the chromebook didn't even work. Netflix still doesnt work on this chromebook, but most of the other things i use it for works, so it'll do for now i guess. Like i said, it was only 90 pounds (cant even do a pound symbol because they sent me one with an american keyboard that only has a dollar sign), and cant be bothered to deal with the faff of returning it, but wish i'd saved my money and put it towards a new chromebook from a better shop. This was my first experience of backmarket, and i highly doubt i'll be buying anything else from here in the future.

Item arrived a day earlier than advertised which was great. Quality of the item is excellent and for price we paid, fantastic deal. Only minor gripe was that I ordered the Black with the Orange trim as advertised in product detail and picture above but, received the all Black version instead (Don't know why?)...any feed back guys! But never mind looks like brand new to me. definitely order again.
