The phone is on really good condition. The screen stalls when opening apps or entering details. For a kids phone it’s alright for now.

This is a good bargain for me

The truth is that it is very good. The mobile in perfect condition, not a mark, no scratch or anything, really like new. The battery in principle is new, but as it arrived today I can not yet assess whether it is, it came only 20%. The shipment was good, on the date indicated. I will repeat

It arrived just in time and the packaging was perfect. The phone looks brand new and is in excellent condition. However, I was disappointed that I was not informed that it is a mainland China model, which means it does not have a dual SIM or eSIM option. It took me a long time to discover this and in the end I had to replace my iPhone 11 eSIM with a physical SIM card, which was a huge waste of time and money. Also, the glass screen protector does not have a self-adhesive film. It is just a thin piece of glass, there is no plastic layer that can be peeled off to reveal the adhesive material of the glass. It didn't help and I had to buy another screen protector.

Once again, the return of my iPhone didn't live up to my expectations and especially to the evaluation made before its return for the purchase of an IPhone 12. It's heartbreaking and really upsets me, especially as the refurbisher's return comment was not at all sympathetic. I can no longer recommend your site despite numerous previous purchases.

The delivery was not fast enough. I paid € more to have it in 2 days, I received it after 5 days. Otherwise nothing to say, the phone is perfect.
