Gopro Hero 10 Black Camcorder - Black

The GoPro is great, but I returned it because I found it much cheaper. Nevertheless, I would like to praise the customer service - the return went smoothly.

The product works perfectly and in even better aesthetic condition than expected.

The only thing missing... is the instruction manual but I don't know if it's original. Camera in superb condition. Thank you for your professionalism.

I decided to buy a GoPro Hero 10 in 'Very Good Condition' for €347. What a surprise it was when I received the parcel to find that it was wrapped in nothing more than bubble wrap, surrounded by old black plastic, and that the bag the GoPro was in contained a whole bunch of damaged junk that were supposed to be accessories for the GoPro. The GoPro itself was also damaged, with scratches here and there, on the screen as well as the lens, and white marks everywhere, as if the GoPro had been used during a football match on a limestone pitch... When I looked at my order, I saw that the condition of the GoPro was simply listed as 'good condition', a system error at the time of ordering, or perhaps on my part, it doesn't matter... Worst of all, I looked at the prices offered by other retailers. It turns out that the GoPro sells for €300 brand new on the official website and everywhere else, whereas, like a sucker, I bought it for €347 only to receive it in picturesque condition. Ciao then.
