Very pleased with BackMarket. I bought a Pixel5 in the "Excellent condition" category. It arrived promptly and looked as if it was brand new. The main reason I was replacing my old phone was to get one with a battery in better condition. Despite the phone being a refurbished one rather than brand new, I cannot fault the battery on it at all and am pleased to still generally have around half the battery left by the end of the day. Will definitely be considering BackMarket for future phone purchases (and pleased to see they also do other devices too).
