This is not an 'excellent' condition item and I am very disappointed. The device does not work unless it is plugged in. I fully charged the device using the charger provided and as soon as I unplugged it the screen cut out. When it turns back on, the charge has dropped down to 1%. I cleaned the device and charger and tried this multiple times using different ports, to no avail. I even reset the device by pressing on the charger button x3 as instructed by Fitbit customer support. Nothing has worked. The strap also arrived dirty and with an usual smell and there were visible marks on the back of the watch screen. I will be returning immediately, do not waste your time.
