    Computer is in great shape, delivered quickly, easy to set up and works well. The battery life is disappointing, but this might be a Dell issue. Otherwise the computer is exactly as described and barely a mark on it even in the 'fair condition.

    it's pretty good, I mean I don't think there is any difference between good and fair condition, so it's better to save the money, but I can't say anything about the excellent condition product, my product is working and in a decent condition, I mean when I order good condition product I was expecting more but anyway I'm happy.

    not happy this item was supposed to be in full working order but when it wakes up from sleep it cannot detect the wifi card and has to be restarted every time to access wi-fi. very annoying and saying you'll fix it is not much use, i need it everyday so cannot send back for a week especially with all my personal stuff on it now. should just work in the first place i wont buy again from these guys, its a shame its also annoying to have to rate the product on parameters which are not important to me which would boost the review so im having to mark them low to keep the overall satisfaction at the right level about the thing which matters which is "does it work?"

    Pour le portable en lui-même, aucuns problèmes : il est propre, fonctionnel, la batterie tient bien. J'ai également apprécié d'avoir les drivers déjà téléchargés même si je ne m'en sers pas (utilisation linux). Un geste sympa du vendeur. Mais quel dommage en revanche de fournir cette excellente machine avec un chargeur d'alimentation absolument pathétique, pas super secure et probablement plus cher que ce que j'ai pu trouver ailleurs et que j'ai été obligé d'acheter (20€) tellement celui fourni, qui n'est pas d'origine, est nul. Quel gâchis. Idem pour l'absence notable du convertisseur USB-C vers USB-A (c'est normalement vendu avec ce portable). So much for "le reconditionnement" --' Au final je suis obligé d'acheter tous les accessoires à neuf. Cela étant dit, et ne s'agissant que des accessoires, je trouve que cela mérite tout de même une bonne note, bien qu'il en fallait tellement peu pour avoir tellement mieux...

    The laptop I bought is a Dell XPS 9380 in excellent conditions. The PC I received is more in "good" rather in "excellent" conditions, since excellent is meant to be like new one. That aside, the laptop had a battery issue. The one which was sent to me had a battery life that was at 50% of its original, yet the BackMarket service helped me to send it back and the seller promptly replaced the battery with a new one. The warranty worked just fine. Everything else in the laptop is okay. The components in the hardware are in great conditions according to the analysis done via Dell Support Assist. Overall, the seller is legit. He/she can improve for sure its service by making sure laptops don't need to be sent back in order to get as they should have been at first, but at least if there is a problem, it can be fixed without any issue.

    La livraison s'est déroulée sans problème et dans les délais. L'ordinateur portable est arrivé dans des conditions presque parfaites, comme il était annoncé. L'offre était encore meilleure qu'annoncée - 16Go de RAM au lieu de 8Go comme annoncée et un écran 4K brillant au lieu de 1080p comme annoncée. Une bonne machine dans l'ensemble après 1,5 semaine d'utilisation. Cependant, je vais le retourner à cause d'un problème majeur et plus ou moin personel : l'écran 4K est brillant/glossy (anti-reflection) et non mat/matte (anti-glare). Les couleurs sont belles et vives, mais je l'ai acheté pour travailler principalement sur l'édition et la lecture de texte (et pas seulement montage vidéo). La lecture sur un écran brillant me cause une grande fatigue des yeux et des maux de tête, ce qui est très dommage car l'ordinateur portable est bon par ailleurs. Je recommande à backmarket de mettre à jour la description de ce dell pour inclure plus de détails sur l'écran (4k glossy/anti-reflective). (PS : il y avait d'autres problèmes comme le clignotement de l'écran [automatic screen brightness adaptation] et le décalage des performances, mais ils ont été résolus par les configurations de softw ...

    Envoi rapide et procédure claire. Cependant, des rayures quand même très visible pour un appareil "en très bon état", sous l'ordinateur, l'habillage "baille" un peu... Et une autonomie de batterie qui laisse à désirer.
