Happy with the laptop itself. The price was impressive. Its condition is just like new, and it’s going to be just what I needed to replace an obsolete all-in-one desktop PC: light, neat, lots of memory. It arrived promptly and well packaged. BUT apart from the instruction to charge it up fully before use (no hint how long that might take) there was no information on setting it up - and the on/off button was hard to locate! I am elderly, and would really have appreciated some basic hints on where to start and how to proceed - if only a few duplicated pages! It is very different from the old PC and at 80+ I am like a babe in arms when confronted with a device with so many new features, but no idea how to install or use them. It took the pleasure out of my new acquisition and I ended up worried and frustrated.

the laptop is I'm good condition however the keypad was incredibly sticky it hadn't been cleaned after being wiped 5 times it's back to normal. The charger that was delivered with the laptop was broken on delivery. however all of thease things can be fixed easily and the laptop itself is fantastic.
