Although I purchased the laptop down as “Fair” quality (since that was the only option). The standard was a lot worse than both the website made out and what I expected… The laptop was extremely dirty, two buttons on the keyboard are so warn, all the colouring has gone and it is just clear plastic. Finally there are bits of rubber on the bottom (to stop the laptop sliding) that has partly peeled off and is loose. The cherry on the cake is because Iv been away for the week and only just got back to look at the laptop… it’s now past the point where I can return it so I am now stuck with it. I will not be using this website again and won’t be recommending it!
