I just want your system to stop bombarding me with emails asking me to review something i have already reviewed, as below. i reviewed it the day i got it. It remains excellent. I am so pleased. However, in the process of trying to stop these mails, i have found out you are impossible to contact, 'Chat' only equipped to deal with a small range of pre-defined issues. It really is not on to be inaccessible.
So far excellent. Also 5 stars to the communications from you keeping me in the loop. But truly startled. I opened the box and I seemed to be looking at a brand new machine. I can't find a mark on it. The keyboard and touchpad are both superb. Setup is slightly non-standard and familiarity with Settings is required. You have to set first a password then a PIN there. When you switch on you're looking at the desktop instead of the usual endless menus. To get my subscribed to MS 365, I had to go to the Microsoft Store, at no further cost, I hasten to add. Royal Mail who where I live are usually excellent with 24 h tracking hiccuped here. For five hours their tracking screen told me my package was 'ready for delivery'. When the end of the time-slot passed, I called the local office. Don't go there! A bot told me what was on screen and told me to go to the screen for more info, leaving me with pleasing fantasies of my package having been lost or stolen. But it wasn't. it's in front of me and it's beautiful. Of course I've only had it about three hours and something might go wrong, but definitely so far hats off to Back Market.
