The website is well laid out and offers all the information you require, with videos explaining the refurbishment process etc. I understand that you are reliant to an extent on the standards of the quality of your third party sellers, however you advocate that you have robust procedures in place to ensure the quality of third party sellers, sadly in my case you were let down by Anovix. The device I ordered was supposedly in excellent condition however the device I eventually received after a long delivery process was barely a fair standard. On a positive note your customer service department handled my complaints and subsequent return and refund process in a fair and timely manner. I would like to mention the efforts of your agent Kanto who was always prompt with his relies and reassurance, his efforts on my behalf were outstanding, for which I am grateful.
