Very happy with BM and the team, the item is also good for the price but it was advertised as excellent and it's not. it's got a vinyl sticker cut out on top, bottom and around keyboard

5 Stars for Backmarket's customer service. I received the wrong model from the seller (Orion Computers). Whether this was a genuine error or the seller trying to palm off an older, inferior model as something else; who knows? However, I have to say that the Backmarket returns process was about as smooth and easy as it possibly could be. I was very promptly offered 3 options to resolve the issue. I opted to return the chromebooks for a full refund, which was paid very quickly once the seller had received the items back. I was also given a 5% discount code to use in the future. There was no quibbling, no trying to wriggle out of taking responsibility. At the end of the day, considering I haven't ended up with a product, the experience has still been a positive one!

Significant scratch on screen despite rated as 'good'. Returning item.
