I was very happy with the purchase. I had acquaintances who had bought refurbished phones and their experience had been very good, so it was looking good. The phone came in "good" condition, but still had a lot of scratches and dings, both in the camera area and on the edges of the phone. Well, I thought maybe that was to be expected for that condition.
My surprise was that, despite having paid extra to receive the order earlier, only one of the three items I had purchased arrived. I had to wait another week for the screen and casing to arrive.
When I tested the phone, after configuring applications and making all the usual changes, the second surprise came: the battery didn't even last 4 hours during a trip, with a very basic use (only X and Instagram). I gave it more chances, but the battery still didn't last more than 12 hours, despite having paid for a new battery. In addition, the phone was constantly overheating.
Finally, I proceeded to return it and that's when the worst started: I spent three days talking to a machine that wouldn't answer any of my questions. I was sent three return labels with different delivery people, to be delivered to different shops, and to make matters worse, two of the labels were invalid. I had to waste even more time getting it sorted out by a machine that still didn't respond properly.
