The condition of the product when it arrived was top notch and I was very impressed. It's worth noting for anyone considering this purchase, though, that Bose retired its Sound Touch servers in 2025. So there is no way for you to connect to these speakers via Wifi. So if, like me, you buy two and hope to connect them as a Stereo Pair, then you're out of luck using first party software. You will have to stand up a server (there is a third party hobby project that controls this) and maintain that server always-on within your Wifi network. I did this, it took about 3-4 hours. I am a technical person, and used AI to assist (read: do all the work). Bluetooth works great, though. Sounds quality is top-notch. Overall, these are great speakers for the money, but need to be bought knowing that the SoundTouch app and server have been retired.
