Works perfectly, had the casing with it for protection. Could tell a bit that it was 2nd hand but there was minimum wear and tear (just less glossy than a completely new product). Glad I bought it here rather than a new one at RRP (more than twice what I paid).

I had such high hopes for these headphones but they failed to deliver. My main issue was that when playing music, not loud music, the people around me could hear it as clearly as me. I brought the new Sony noise cancelling headphones instead and they are fantastic. I was a big Bose fan but was let down badly with these.

Very impressed with these headphones. The product was in perfect condition and they have worked perfectly. The battery life is great, comfortable to wear and sound great.

The condition was very good but the battery life wasn't very good, it would run out of battery much faster than my older model (which was new). So I returned the item and asked for a refund. Which was SUPER easy and excellent. I was very impressed by how wasy the process was and how fast they gave me the refund

Condition was stated as 'Very good' and couldn't agree more. In perfect condition, and after using them all day every day for a few weeks I've had no issues with them. Will definitely be using Back Market in future because these are so much cheaper than brand new, and work and look exactly the same. The headphones themselves - Sound is good (but I'm no expert) and the noise-cancelling is great. The mic also seems pretty decent for removing background noise for those you're on calls with, but it can struggle to differentiate you from people speaking loudly nearby, so maybe not the best for calls in an office. And the bluetooth range is great, I can be the other side of the house from my laptop and still be connected and listening to music.
