For £399 and “Fair” condition, I received a near pristine model with only one mark, a scratch on the d pad which is barely noticeable. The performance of the ally is great and would recommend above a Nintendo switch any day. The ability to run windows is a godsend and docking it and using as a pc with just one cable great for when I am at home. Sometimes the armoury crate button and the control centre buttons are a bit iffy and don’t work but that is due to a software issue and not the buttons themselves. 8/10 would recommend both device and backmarket.

The product, works like a new device and I am satisfied so far, you have to get used to the product if you don't want the CPU to heat up to 95 degrees, that's exactly the point that the chip can withstand without losing performance, but there are many options to get around that, or you leave it that way! That won't break the thing! Well refurbished!
