For £399 and “Fair” condition, I received a near pristine model with only one mark, a scratch on the d pad which is barely noticeable. The performance of the ally is great and would recommend above a Nintendo switch any day. The ability to run windows is a godsend and docking it and using as a pc with just one cable great for when I am at home. Sometimes the armoury crate button and the control centre buttons are a bit iffy and don’t work but that is due to a software issue and not the buttons themselves. 8/10 would recommend both device and backmarket.

Help horrid.. received empty box and spent 2 weeks back and forth with them trying to sort out getting no where with support, no care about customer service whatsoever

Das Produkt, funktioniert wie ein neues Gerät u ich bin bis jz zufrieden, man muss sich bei dem Produkt damit anfreunden es richtig einzustellen wenn man nicht möchte das die CPU auf die 95 Grad aufheizt, das ist genau der Punkt den der Chip aushalten ohne Leistung zu verlieren, aber es gibt ja viele Optionen das zu umgehen, oder man lässt es so! Kaputt wird das Teil deshalb nicht! Gut refurbished!

Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei, leider gibt es ein Punkt abzug, da ich bei einem Gerät wie diesem bei hervorragenden Zustand auch erwarte, das die OV dabei ist und nicht in einem unnötigen übergroßen Karton befestigt mit „Frischhaltefolie“ ankommt.
