I bought a “premium” condition item. The description specifically mentions “top-quality band”. By this I think any logical person would agree top-quality means a genuine product. The watch I received is immaculate. The band however is a cheap knock-off of embarrassingly poor quality. I raised this with customer service, who informed me that it only needs to be functional, not an original product. I even pointed out that their own description says “top-quality band”. Not impressed at all and an odd stance to take. If you’re spending £700 on a “premium” product, I’d expect genuine parts at the very least.
