My first Apple Watch, and my first impression? What a classy looking piece of technology. It’s smart without being ostentatious, it exudes class not glitz. I really love it, from its beautiful gold case to the Milanese bracelet strap. Well done Apple.

This is the second order placed in two months and I can report that there is an experience difference between sellers on back market. In this order with Universal Spares, the charger supplied was not apple genuine and neither was the packaging. Not a deal breaker, but if purchased as a gift, falls short of other sellers such as Tomes, who exceeded my expectations before Christmas. In this order however, the watch itself self and delivery were genuine and fast, respectively.

Fantastic. Although I wasn't aware it'd come with a 3rd party non-apple (even used) strap not a 3rd party non apple charger cable. The advertisement didn't actually state this. I feel it should just so other buyers are aware. The first time I did put the watch onto charge there was a little burning smell and the watch and charger were very hot. I have since bought a genuine apple charge cable for which I do trust more. However, I was reassured by Backmarket that if I did experience any problems with the cable they provided , that it'd be covered under its warranty. I'm really happy with the quick next day delivery, loved that. I paid via option Klarna which is helpful. I'm just waiting on the remaining balance being uploaded so I can pay that off pronto. The watch I bought was in a fair condition - it had a 99% battery health and has a little scratches on the screen. That's totally fine , I don't care about that. All in all I'd recommend Backmarket.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She was so excited to receive it, I just prayed that it lived up to her expectations. It was honestly like receiving a new device. The packaging clearly states refurb, but otherwise you wouldn’t even know. Purchased as ‘excellent’ condition, no visible markings anywhere on the device or strap. Well done Tomes! Will be making more purchases like this in future.

Great service and the watch arrived before the estimated date. Eventually found some online instructions for it and it’s doing great. Didn’t like the rubber wriststrap but just bought another one, no problem. Enjoying the features so thanks for the service.

I received my Apple Watch series 9 within 24hrs of ordering . It was packed well, in original packaging. It’s looks soo new to me. I’m over the moon.
