Backmarket is such an amazing website. I have bought a lot of devised from them and I'm rarely disappointed. This chromebook was an excellent deal. The condition was listed as fair, so I wasn't expecting too much. But when it came it is in much better condition than expected. It works perfectly. I love the fact that there's a money back guarantee and a 12 month warranty. I have saved so much money with Backmarket and saved so many products from ending up in landfill. Definitely recommend them.

I'm not sure how to tell if the device is working as is. The touchpad is quite heavy and the touchscreen doesn't always work well for my kid. But that might be hardware design, or software design. I'm assuming it's working as designed, but some questions remain.
