    Read really good reviews about this company and its products! Gladly it lived up to the expectations. However..(dun dun dunnn) i enquired with customer service if the surface pro comes with the keyboard i was told it doesnt however my surface pro came today and it does! So pleasant surprise but i now have to return the seperate keyboard i bought 😂😂 not a big issue! But just some mis information. Lastly the keyboard has two minor function issues it has 2 “9” keys instead of an 8 however the “9” key that comes after the 7 still works as a 8. Lastly the @ key above the 2 key doesnt function as am @ key but as an apostrophe (rhyming?) again not a major flaw just a minor inconvenience. Overall it lives up to the expectations you get what you pay for, i would recommend this to anyone looking to buy tech for alot less.

    The item was sold to me as good quality however the battery is undetected therefore I can only use the tablet when plugged into a socket. In addition, the touch screen doesn't work therefore I can only use the item with the keypad. Both faults have workarounds however I am extremely disappointed that I am unable to use the item for its intended use. The customeer service was unhelpful and sent scripted responses rather than registering the unique messages I was sending.

    The item was extremely dirty. There were marks on it that had clearly been wiped with a wet cloth. The retailer who sent me the item did not even bother to clean it. I ordered a 10-inch device, but you sent me a 12-inch device. I mean, how could you have made such a simple mistake? the item was listed as good but the item was not even fair

    Las logistica magnifica, llegó antes de lo previsto. Lo pedí en estado excelente y es lo que llegó, se nota q ha sido usada pero esta perfecta. lo que mas me asustaba er la bateria, pero tambien esta perfecta. trae ya el sistema operativo instalado que me preocupaba tambien. funciona rápido y agil, la pantalla esta en perfectosimo estado. Esta ha sido mi primera compra de preducto reacondicionado, me ha sorprendido para bien.

    Tout est super! Très pratique compatible avec Microsoft 365 s donc impeccable pour les cours. Plutôt léger et très rapide. Cependant hier il m’a fait une petite peur, première fois que je le laisse se vider de sa batterie, je décide de le brancher et je le laisse 2-3h. Sauf que je ne l’ai pas surveillé et il a fait une légère surchauffe. J’ai eu très peur mais j’ai suivi la procédure et ça a bien marché en 5min tout allait bcp mieux! Plus de peur que de mal! Sinon il est vraiment impeccable, je l’utilise beaucoup pour les cours ou les films/series.
