Paid the extra for an excellent condition iPhone 12 Pro Max … I’m a little disappointed that there is dirt present around the camera lenses and the earpiece. The cable they sent me is a lightning type c connection not a usb connection. Minor things really, but attention to detail could be better by the refurbishing company. All in all the handset is in very good condition with no visible marks on casing or screen. Will get it into an authorised iPhone repair shop to have the battery changed as it is only at 87% health, and will get them to clean it up thoroughly.

I was very optimistic buying a refurbished phone but am happy I did cuz the phone came in a very good condition, delivery was super fast. To be honest i have been using the phone for 3months no issues so far. I did not regret buying from Back Market. The battery life is superb. I’ll definitely recommend 100%. I bought an iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max and bought it in fair came like it was brand new. waited a month to see if anything worrying would come up but works as if it was brand new. both battery health was above 90% and pleased with the purchase.

This is my second order for an iPhone 12 Pro Max (fair) from Best4Tech. Although the first iPhone's condition overall was great it was sadly let down by its screen quality. However I saw a great deal for a 256GB model which wasn't much more in price than the 128GB version so decided to buy that and hope the screen quality wasn't an issue again. I'm pleased to advise that the phone arrived today in near perfect condition and I'm very pleased with it. Having had an iPhone 7 previously this is a huge jump forward in technology and I couldn't be happier. The only negative point is that the battery was supposed to be at least 80% capacity but this phone is at 77%. Not a huge problem as I can easily get it replaced if it becomes an issue. I've purchased three iPhone 12's for my family members since Christmas and can honestly say that Back Market is a great seller of refurb phones at a great price. Many thanks.

Ordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max in fair condition it came it could of passed for good condition was hardly any marks on it a couple of tiny marks on the side that’s it and 85% battery health which is good for a second hand phone I’ll be ordering again

Very sceptical as first time buying second hand technology. New sim free iPhones are costing over a grand so opted for an unlocked iPhone 12 Pro Max 128gb in the best condition available. Shouldn’t have worried, phone looks new and with a screen protector and case now fitted you’d be hard pushed to tell that it isn’t! Excellent delivery times and top notch tech.
