Could not be happier! I liked my iPhone 11 pro I had for 4 years and still think the camera on the 11 pro is superior to the 15 pro, especially for the kind of images I take. So, to get one refurbished that had no scratches on either the front or the back and as far as I can tell works perfectly - is a revelation! Delivery was prompt as well and I can't see myself ever going back to buying new. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you!!

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 11 pro.
The phone came from Phones Direct in one of their boxes and was packaged well. To be fair the phone was as described and in excellent condition no scratched or marks on the case or screen, in fact it looked like a brand new phone.
I haven't had an iPhone before because I usually use Samsung but I loved the phone and tried it for ten days, unfortunately it kept shutting down and starting back up for no reason, hence the 4*. This happened about six times that I know of in the ten days I had it, while web browsing and also during a phone call and a WhatsApp call. I suspect it was happening more often when I was not actually using it and I did not know.
Rather than fuss about with repairs I've sent it back for a refund because it is well within the 30 days and I did not want to lose my right of a refund.
The returns process was simple and I've just had a message to say that it's been delivered back to them, so now I'm just waiting for my refund.
To be honest I think I was just unlucky this time so as soon as my refund hits my bank account I'll try again and order another one to replace it, maybe a different colour to make sure I don't get the sam ...

Delivered in two days as advertised. Good packaging. One minute scratch on the screen, otherwise aesthetically flawless. Battery 84%, but I had budgeted for a new battery. System cleaned and ready to go. I would definitely purchase a refurbished phone in the future.

Very happy, prompt delivery and very proactive packaging. Product is everything advertised even though the screen and battery are none genuine of which was not mentioned, but is as expected with a refurbished product.

Very good phone , battery health is very good, no marks or scratches.
Delivery was next day .
I tried to buy one with two different companies and had a terrible experience getting really bad phones or different to what I’ve ordered, I’m still waiting for a refund from one of them ( a month after) .
Back market was my last chance with refurbished iPhones and I’m so happy with the phone they sent me.
