Refurbished iPad Air 3 (2019)

I brought my 2nd iPad and I’m very very happy with this again, both machines continue to work extremely well, I like the plain delivery box, and it’s given into my hand. I’ve also recently brought an iPhone too and this works just as well. Very easy to buy and the whole process has each time been great.

The very sparse packaging is positively insulting to the buyer,in my opinion. Perhaps the buyer wants a model no longer manufactured, not just something cheaper than the latest version? A NEW iPad,if broken,can just be replaced from production,ad infinitum.Older models are a limited resource and should be better packaged than new ones. The disgraceful packaging aside,the iPad is in excellent condition and works perfectly.

I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of delivery and the quality of the product even though I had chosen fair condition. Overall very happy with the device and the service. I will definitely be purchasing from here again in the future.

I've only had this about a week so I'm gonna update my review in future if needed (if I can). The device works well, sometimes freezes a bit but it's likely that's more the app than the device, and it doesn't last long. I bought a fair condition one, there are scuffs on the back and one small scratch on the screen but it doesn't affect use and honestly if youre just happy with how it works and not how it looks it's fab. it arrived next day as well which was a nice surprise. definitely worth the price

For the "fair" option its perfect, only thing i could see that would make it sit in the "fair" option is a small area on the screen that seems to be brighter in one area then the rest. But other then that its practically brand new!

Very pleased but two things: 1. I bought the iPad on the basis that it was advertised as being in excellent condition but it now seems to be defined as very good. Happy with its external condition but does it mean the price was inflated? 2. In the first week I experienced an intermittent fault with the touch screen function when organising Home Screen and when trying to move around apps e.g icons, google maps and photos. It was lagging and not responding to fingers. It seems ok now though but I will monitor.

Great product better than I expected. But I am still waiting for the invoice which I have requested.

Bought an ipadAir 3 that was discounted to £249, but was described as good. However did not match the description for “Good” as defined by Backmarket Very visible scratches on the body - seen from any distance and large scratch on the screen visible when off. When selecting disappointing prior to this review, the tab came up to link to the customer help centre, but the link did not work Disappointed!
