iPad arrived with charging lead, and in perfect condition (although I only ordered good). I wanted a machine a bit lighter than my laptop to make notes on in college, and has been very useful so far. I will definitely order from backmarket next time I need to get some new tech; better for the planet, cheaper, and there seem to be no downsides!

I was slightly apprehensive about buying a used ipad but upon arrival ( it was extremely well packaged with a quick delivery time) I found the ipad to be in an as new condition with no faults whatsoever. It was purchased with the intention to use for operating a digital pa system and has proved very capable for this as well as for all other functions. I will certainly use your company again for my future purchases

For the "fair" option its perfect, only thing i could see that would make it sit in the "fair" option is a small area on the screen that seems to be brighter in one area then the rest. But other then that its practically brand new!

As a first-time buyer, I'm very happy with the quality of the product. Despite it being bought in a fair condition, the iPad Air works brilliantly and is in superb condition. I've only had this about a week so I'm gonna update my review in future if needed (if I can). The device works well, sometimes freezes a bit but it's likely that's more the app than the device, and it doesn't last long. I bought a fair condition one, there are scuffs on the back and one small scratch on the screen but it doesn't affect use and honestly if youre just happy with how it works and not how it looks it's fab. it arrived next day as well which was a nice surprise. definitely worth the price
