    The IPad arrived nicely packaged. A day earlier than expected, so that’s good. It’s in immaculate condition, worked straight away by linking with n iPhone. This is the second reconditioned iPad we’ve bought this year. Most likely to use Back Market again

    Great price and fast delivery. The 12 month warranty makes a big difference for me when choosing a refurbished tech supplier. Many only give 3 months max. The 'very good' condition of my iPad is indeed accurate. It looks as if it was never used.

    When my old laptop refused to download the latest security update I knew the time had come - I need a device for online meetings. The iPad 9th gen was well reviewed elsewhere and refurbished seemed like the way forward.     I was skeptical when I ordered the iPad, but when I received the item I was blown away. It was indeed in excellent condition, almost like new! It was flawless physically, hardware wise same.     The iPad is in excellent condition, except for a couple of marks at the bottom on the back, apart from that all is good, bought my iPhone 11 Pro Max from here as well, had an issue with that, sent it back and was fine once it was returned, so would definitely buy again from Back market.

    Great platform for ordering and updates on delivery. The distributors could have packaged it better as it came in a plastic envelope and just the iPad box, which meant it had been squashed a bit with no padding. Otherwise product is great, and process through back market excellent.
