First time buying off Back Market and would highly recommend to anyone else that are contemplating buying a refurbished phone from them. My device that I purchased which was a Google Pixel 8 Pro, came in great condition and works perfectly almost as if it truly is a completely brand new phone. Will definitely buy from them again.

This is the first time I have bought a refurbished phone, and am very happy with the result. I bought a phone advertised as being in 'good' condition, which proved to be 'as new', not a mark on it. I was also offered an above market rate (by £10) to trade in my five-year old phone. It was delivered promptly, too.

I ordered the Google Pixel 8 Pro. The condition was listed as *Good* and I'd say I'm more than happy with it. Very minimal scratches on the screen that are only visible when the screen is switched off anyhow. the delivery was prompt and came with the charging cable (but no adaptor, which is to be expected). This is my 2nd order from Back Market, the other one was an iPhone 13 Pro around a year ago for my wife. I would order from them again.

The phone came within a couple of days of ordering . The phone was in a really good condition and had no issues with start-up and setting up. The phone even came with a charger wire. I would definitely recommend.

I purchased this for significantly cheaper than elsewhere I checked. It was in "good" condition and it didn't have a mark on it, battery is as good as my old pixel which had broke. So I was very happy with the purchase . I don't think I'll ever buy new again when you get good deals from company's such as back market.

Happy with the quick service. The phone battery holds up well, and a lot better than what I previously had. The screen was in near-perfect condition, but the phone had a lot more marks than I anticipated, but nothing that a case doesn't cover.

I was a little sceptical at first, fair condition didn't sound great to me. but I was very surprised when I received the phone. hardly a mark on it battery is great and it was delivered the next day! Very pleased and will definitely use Back Market again.
