Refurbished Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G

I got the samsung galaxy note20 ultra 5g which had a FAIR condition onit, The communication from the vendor was on point at every stage the delivery by dpd was on time and well informed payment via KLARNA was very easy and the phone... the condition was so much better than i expected, very minor nicks on the metal - does not affect the overall look screen is scratch free did i get lucky? not sure but very happy on my 1st day of using the phone. Would i buy from this retailer again??? YES :)

beautiful phone, easy to set up. was able to seamlessly transfer all of my info from my old Samsung to this new one. easy to use since it's the same system as my old Samsung. no scratches/damage upon opening. highly recommend 👌

this order was actually for my mother in law she was desperate for a new phone the first delivered phone was a disappointment but she is very happy now thank you it was great how the problem was solved quickly and with out to much effort thank you again 😊

I hve always loved the note but this one is excellent nice size screen good purchase price too im well happy thankyou postage was next day brilliant service its basically brand new not 1 mark or dent scratch perect condition love back market have never let me down keep it up

I am not disappointed at all. Value for money. Definitely buying another for my wife soon. The minor scratches aren't a turnoff for a refurb. In fact bought a nice pouch and only myself knows of the fact that it's a refurb lol. Battery not bad also.

I'm really impressed with them as I have received the note 20 ultra in excellent condition. Was wary of buying a 'fair' condition phone but couldn't find the spec i wanted in any better condition. Was pleasantly surprised, phone was immaculate, I'm struggling to understand why it was marked as fair. Battery life is average but not surprising for age of phone. Overall really pleased.
