    The device was well packaged and delivered quickly. Initial set up was easy BUT the imac performed much slower than the 2013 version it was bought to replace. It hss taken me quite a time to research on google and change settings to get it performing acceptably. There is s remaining issue, if I try to access google or google maps from Safari the spinning wheel appears immediately and Safari stops responding. I have to force quit Safari. It then works OK with other websites until Google is attempted.

    I was a bit hesitant at first about buying a reconditioned IPad but I only wanted it for upstairs to control heating and use the radio, and check emails now and again, so I didn’t want the expense of a new one. The IPad arrived promptly and was very well packaged. I charged it up and set it up. All my info and details was downloaded from the ICloud, no problem. It works like brand new and I am extremely pleased with it. There were some small scratches on the sides but hardly noticeable. I put the IPad is in a protective case anyway, so it doesn’t matter. A professional and quality company I would highly recommend.

    The device itself is okay but the accessories that came with it awful. The keyboard and charger not comparable with the one that came with the first one that was replaced. Why? This is not okay, it appears deliberate.
