An honest review. Read this if you are unsure. I ordered the MacBook Pro M1 2020 (Very good/Excellent) and overall I'd say im happy with it. It's my first MacBook so there has been a slight learning curve but nothing too difficult. It's great for what I need it for; Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Logic all work fine on the M1 chip. I do feel like the grade I got doesn't fully match the product I received. The apple logo on the back is pretty scuffed as well as there being a few scratches. The scratches are small but they are visible from far away (further than 20cm as listed). Amongst those minor visible defects, unfortunately, the space bar isn't hooked on properly so when I'm typing I have to make sure to slow down a bit in order to hit it properly. From what I can tell, it shouldn't be a difficult fix but I feel like the keys should have been put on properly if I'm paying what I paid at the advertised "excellent quality". Taking into consideration the downsides to this, I feel like it's more then worth it to take a slight hit on the quality as if I were to buy this for brand new I would be paying close to £400 extra. I bought a MacBook Pro M1 16gb RAM. I was initially looking for a MacBook Air but after seeing the deals that BackMarket offered, I was pleased to find I could afford a Pro model. I found that the price was extremely good value for money. I’m not sure why, but at the time of making my order, the Excellect condition model at 512GB was cheaper than the Fair condition model at 256GB. I thought “RESULT”. I purchased the excellent condition model at 512GB storage, and was already pleased by the price and the promise of the condition. The delivery was speedy and on par with the timeframe they provided. Upon receiving the model, I was thrilled to see the condition. There are extremely minor signs of usage, but they are absolutely minute and to be expected with any refurbished item. In the package, there was a handwritten note from the MacBook company that had sent my laptop. It provided details of the product etc, and upon flipping the note over, it read “We’ve given you a 1TB model, enjoy!!”. I was absolutely over the moon to not only receive an excellent condition model, already higher memory and cheaper than expected, but the company had provided me with a 1TB model out of good w...

There was no single visible scratch . Laptop looked as brand new as can be, no evidence of wear , it works fine no issues as of yet and hopefully none will occur. Best decision ever made saving money by buying a refurbished Mac Pro rather than brand new, hopefully it lasts as long.

I ordered the excellent quality and it came with 90% of battery life which is great for me. Device just have some damages from the corners but it doesn't affect anything, all buttons and touch pad works great. Overall i'm very happy with it because i was using the same laptop almost for a year but i got robbed and i needed to buy it again. So when i compare with my old one -and i'm super tidy with my devices, i didn't have even a micro scratch :(- this macbook's condition is still very satisfying! and it's my first refurbished buying experience and i sure will buy again! thank you :)

I ordered a ‘fair version’ MacBook Pro’ bracing myself for the worst. To my surprising it was in a fantastic condition. There was a slight blemish on the side but hardly noticeable. It arrived with a charger and cable that were not Apple Original products… I guess that’s why it’s a fair condition. Buying a similar model on eBay would have been an additional £300 at least. Super happy with the product.

Really satisfied and would recommend this seller I ordered a MacBook Pro in good condition and it came looking clean (almost new) no scratches, keyboard was clean and speakers were all clear. Battery health was excellent. This is my review after just receiving the MacBook Pro I will update after a month or so of usage.
