Was after another phone but wasn't prepared to pay extortionate prices for a new one. I originally had a Samsung S8 and only wanted something a bit more updated so went for this S10. The price was perfectly reasonable and in my budget, it arrived promptly and in immaculate condition. You would never know that it was a refurbished one! I love my new phone but to be honest it should have been advertised as fair ,it was a bit more scratched than I expected but a phone case hid that and the battery life is not brilliant but it’s a cool way to get a better phone without having to take out a second mortgage so I’m quite happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend any one thinking about getting a reconditioned phone,overall I’m happyGalaxy S10Overall performance

100% Happy. The phone looks brand new. Everything functions correctly and the battery life performs as if it was new. Only one minor snag in the set up was that one of the set up functions came up in the French language, which was easily overcome by comparing the set up sequence to my old phone which is in English. The phone was delivered well before the estimated delivery date, which was a huge bonus. Bought this phone for my father and he's happy. Very good refurbished experience. I read other reviews, that were mostly good. The battery life was a controversial issue for this model but so far it has been better than expected. I also heard there was no longer any firmware/software updates for this model (it is from 2019) but that hasn't been a problem and it does do android app updates without a problem.
