    This was my first purchase from BackMarket and I am extremely impressed with not only the iPad I bought for our daughter but also the the whole experience of delivery, updates and follow up care. The iPad was in great condition as well and came with a screen protector which was a nice touch.

    When first opening the package the iPad Pro 12.9 was in better than expected condition. Rated as “fair” it just had a small bruise on the corner. However, when I started it up and went through the welcome screen I was met with a message on screen from the US House of Representatives” saying it was still connected to them and they reserve the right to delete apps or wipe the iPad at their discretion. Clearly not an unlocked device. But, Back Market responded in a timely way and sorted the return without Question.
