    Ordered a "good" condition and straight out of the box there was a very faint line on the screen in certain lights. I do think could be easily missed by quality control because it is only visible at some angles, but the websites states a "flawless" screen when purchasing a good condition iPhone. Otherwise it is as described, works well and I am generally happy with the product.

    First time I've purchased from you. Very impressed with the whole process of selecting and ordering. You have a very efficient system. I chose the screen option with the highest quality. The case I selected as average and perhaps I should have upped the quality as the case was more scratched than I expected. I also chose the option of a new battery. I assume it was fitted as there was nothing to certify it had been changed. It would have been comforting if there was a sticker or something to confirm this. Overall a good experience and I'd recommend BackMarket to others.

    really good phone, been using for almost a month now and really enjoying it, phone battery is impeccable especially was worth buying the new battery with it as it's been amazing and based of some friends phones with lower battery health than mine they have been a quite a bit quicker to use battery compared with mine so definitely worth the add on. Bought in fair condition and amazed that there was very little damage and marks on the frame and the back anyways (I was stunned with how good the condition was) you would have thought it was bought great condition instead but genuinely amazed with this purchase. my previous phone I bought from back market but there was no option for a new battery and the battery wasnt great and that was including the fact I bought it in the best condition which is I think excellent? but the battery generally wasn't great but definitely glad I purchased a new battery with this phone. I also would like to point out to anyone that hasn't noticed but when I look at purchasing a phone or product through the app on a mobile phone for me it didn't show the option for the new battery whereas when I bought it through a laptop it showed the option for the new battery? I'm not sure if this is a bug with the app or browser. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would like to thank back market for making modern phones budget friendly and helping recycle phones making the world that bit more tidy 🙂
