The watch I received was of the standard of ‘good’ the screen has no scratches visible when on and there is some minor scratches on the sides but barely visible past 50cm as advertised. My disappointment comes from the fact that the charger provided is not an authentic Apple product and the band was not as advertised I received a salmon pink non authentic Apple Watch band… The band I was meant to receive and was as advertised was a Sandy Pink… The device it self works completely fine however the battery health is at 79% so the battery does drain quite quickly so be wary of this as they are used products this is to be expected.

I purchased an iwatch in “good” condition. Screen was great. No scratches visible with watch off. Back of watch was extremely badly scratched. The website states that for good condition, the back should be in very good condition which it wasn’t at all. The strap colour in the photo (a very pale pink) is also not what you are sent. You are send a pink one that I would describe as a deep peach/salmon colour which I would not of worn. So overall disappointed with my purchase and have immediately returned without even turning the device on. The plus side is that it is very easy to return and I should hopefully receive my refund easily and quickly.

I want to highlight that this review is based on the specific seller rather than backmarket generally. The watch I received was in terrible condition, not 'good' as stated. The case looked like it had been dragged across concrete creating 2 very noticeable abrasions. When I then sent it back, the seller claimed I had not sent back the charger with the watch and issued a reduced refund. I had to complain to backmarket and eventually received my full refund. Backmarket were very good at resolving the issue, and stayed in communication with me the whole time. I've purchased other items from them since with no issue.
