From picking it out on line to now I’m really happy with everything! The service was excellent, with the quick delivery of my iPad and the nice surprise of the new charger and cable that I didn’t expect to be in with it! The iPad and the condition were perfect! Will definitely be using you again for any tech in the future!

I got the “excellent” condition and it’s really perfect!! I’m super happy with the iPad. What I wasn’t happy with was the packaging it came in. You’d think that a device like this would be packaged in a box, right?? Mine came in one of those thick wraps with the big bubbles, but with half of the bubbles popped (I assume it was popped during delivery). The ipad itself wasn’t wrapped or anything, it was just loosely sitting in this half popped bubble wrap and I could literally feel the ipad when I went to pick up my parcel from the parcel room. Another issue was that the “fragile” tape was only on the INSIDE of the parcel and not on the outside. It was bad enough that it was only wrapped in bubble wrap, but to not even at least make it clear that it’s fragile on the outside packaging is just silly! Anyway, aside from that, it’s a great product and I would definitely still choose to buy from this app but this packaging situation really shouldn’t happen again.

Item arrived very quickly. It was described as in "fair" condition but was very good indeed - only a couple of very tiny marks that you'd only notice if you were looking for them. Excellent experience all round.

Overall experience fine, delivery was quick. iPad functions good, some very small scratches on edge of display and a small ding on the metal right side near apple pen charging area. Rest of the iPad is ok so far. Bizarrely came with 2 aftermarket charging plug adapters and 1 cable. I think this should not have been listed as "excellent condition" but "good condition" due to the scratches on display and ding on edge. If there is any chance of compensation for this issue then much would be appreciated. You would expect "Excellent condition" to be pristine wouldn't you?

It was a big thing to change my iPad but my grandson recommended back market. I sorted which I wanted and he ordered it for me. Came really quickly as advised and thrilled with it. I paid extra for excellent condition and stacks of storage and it looks like new. Once Grandson set it up I was away! My previous one very elderly so a lot of changes on new one but enjoying finding them all out. Wonderful service thank you,
