    All good as I use it for my music and cabaret shows but when it's plugged in the mains I get a slight interference over my PA system. I may have to get another mains unit as this one may be faulty. But overall I am very pleased

    Hp Probook is like new, not a mark on it. It also came with 20Gb rather than the 16Gb stated which is a nice bonus. Used the free upgrade for Win11, it’s a great machine at a great price. Very pleased.

    A fantastic laptop, arrived promptly and in better condition than expected for a laptop listed as "fair". All firmware updates automatically completed on first boot with a fresh w11 although I've wiped it and reinstalled for security reasons. My only complaint is that the battery life seems poor even though it has only gone through 91 cycles on arrival.

    The laptop works fine overall, but the T key is faulty and pops out every time I press it. For a device sold as fully functional, that’s not acceptable. There’s also a useless sensor button that doesn’t work, though I don’t care much about that. Still, the keyboard issue alone means the laptop isn’t in the condition advertised. I want a partial refund, as I shouldn’t be paying full price for a machine with a broken key.
