    The condition of the machine was described as "good" but when it arrived I found it to be in excellent condition. It arrived in the original Macbook Air packaging. The documentation was as complete as if it were new. The case and keyboard were pristine. They only sign of use was that the power cable was curled up but not nicely wrapped around a paper casing as it would have been with a new-out-of-the-box model. The laptop is lightning fast and does everything I need. I see no problem with having a 2020 Macbook Air -- it's a great computer even if the model is now six years old. Also, I want to say that the communication between purchase and delivery was excellent. The box arrived the next day! This is my second purchase from BackMarket and it definitely won't be the last.

    Laptop is great so far. Works well, havent properly tested its capabilities running 3d modelling software like Revit. The battery doesnt last long though 2-4hrs. Not sure if the battery need replacing or its the spec of the laptop running more power, which is something ive witnessed before. I dont mind the battery issue - laptop is always plugged in anyway.
