    Very confusing at first, because it wanted me to get Apple Devices before I could even get started? And I couldn't find that in the App store, so had no idea how to open it and set up. Anyway, after another day, when I was v busy, it suddenly behaved like a normal Apple product, but I still dont' understand why that happened?

    Phone seems really good. And so far no problems. Condition was as expected, battery is good. The only gripe is… weird message telling me it’s delivered, but it wasn’t. The tracking showed it was in Bridlington Yorkshire (I’m in Bristol). Then the Royal Mail delivered it to me about 10 minutes later?? The internal packaging was ripped open. The sim tool was snapped off.

    I was very happy with condition of the ipad and the speed of the delivery. Sadly it was obvious that there was a problem with it, it wouldn't start up or it would keep switching itself of. I returned it and am now waiting for a replacement, hopefully it will not be to long.

    Device fine, but was woefully under-protected during shipping - large box, iPad rattling round in a bubble-wrap bag, I was amazed it hadn't been damaged. Underwhelming compared to our previous orders from BackMarket.
