    the device was rated as excellent this was far from anything other than poor quality, the fingerprint recognition doesn't work. the charging port doesn't work properly. the battery doesn't hold charge. I use 80% of the battery before 12:00 in the afternoon, despite only using it to make a couple of calls and a few minutes of screen time. I contacted customer care whose help? was just as bad as the phone. when I explained that I am self-employed and require a phone to run a business and because I waited until a screen protector and case arrived before using the new phone meant I was not eligible for express replacement. their advice was to buy a new device from them and send this one back when it arrives. my advice is buy a refurbished phone from anyone else but back market
